Robotized load.
A precisely oriented feeding of engine blocks of 4 or 6 cylinders is required; cylinders are randomly put on a conveyor belt by a operator. The system must adapt to different engine models and be programmed by non expert operators.

A robot drive system based on a smart camera allows to find the position and the orientation of the engine block, driving robot’s movement. Thanks to an integrated software, the operator can instruct the system to grab new pieces through a driven process by using a intuitive graphic ambient.
