Quality control.
The control at a 36.000 pieces per hour speed of aluminum caps equipped with doser is required. It’s necessary to verify that the cap has a circular shape, according to predefined tolerances, and the presence and the correct alignment of the doser. The exit flow has to be continuous since it feeds a bottling machine.

A centrifugal orientation system ensure a high flow of elements positioned in such a way that a smart camera can inspect them with a proper mechanical alignment. All measures, made over several cap’s points, occurs in about 50ms in order to reserve other 50ms to the possible expulsion through air-jet.
