Quality control.
The assembly line control of insulation perforation connectors with a 10 pieces per second entry flow, is required. It is necessary to: control the cable’s color, correctly place the cable’s head, measure the opening of the perforation contacts and check there is no sheath where no needed. The system has to rapidly communicate with the assembly machine for a real time selection.

A group of three cameras equipped with macro optic allows to focus millimeter dimension details with high resolution. A lighting system we developed using optical fibre channels is able to illuminate the interested zone with high power and directed light, as to reaching the required speed. A graphic interface together with an efficient communication protocol project ensure a correct data flow to the machine.
