The control of pad printings realized over several household appliances’ dashboards is required. It’s necessary for the system to have a two hundredths millimeter sensitivity together with the flexibility to tolerate errors which do not produce unsightly effects according to human evaluation.

A high resolution vision system is moved from two controlled axles in order to accurately inspect only the points interested by the pad printing. A particularly sophisticated software allows to set different sensitivities according to several kinds as to be substantially considerable like an aesthetic human evaluation. A little deburring error ( unsightly ) is detected, while an even more big error of the thickness of a writing isolated from the context ( not unsightly ), could be tolerate.
