Sintered ceramic elements manipulation.
The stocking on boxes of really fragile pressed ceramic powder elements is required. The continuous 100 pieces per minute flow must be managed without any possibility of interruption for cases’ change or else. Once loaded, each case must be piled on a wagon for a further transfer in furnace.

The high speed required by the manipulation imposes the use of a double load system, realized in such a way that the manipulation of cases is conducted together with the feeding of pieces, as to allow the continuous flow management. Also boxes load and unload from wagon is managed by xyz portal driven by servo axis.
