Automated assembly.
The assembly of leather samples on cardboards for the automated realization of sample card ( 6 A4 leafs is the maximum dimension ) is required. The system must be able to work without any supervision for a complete eight hours shift.

A SCARA robot and a two-axes robot made by us, together with a vision system, allow to extract pieces from a modular loader, to exactly align them together, to apply a glue layer and paste them on the sheet. The load and unload of the sheets is automatic and synchronized with the robot to reach the highest work speed. The system guarantees in a systematic way the prefixed colors application in the programmed position, automatically rejecting wrong pieces that may be located in the loader.
