The client required the control of cracks over cold-pressed mechanical elements which have been loaded randomly.

A vibrating feeder arranges for the positioning of each element in order to let them be taken by a rotating splinde equipped with a gripper. A eddy current control unit allows to measure the homogeneity of the material, even under the external surface. The piece is unloaded in two separated channels depending on the inspection result.
