The correct positioning control and polarization of connectors over different electronic boards is required. Boards are manually loaded and the system has to automatically recognise that the operator removes the hand from the inspection zone. Each non compliance advisory must be graphically represented, since the system could be used in several countries.

A vision system implements the board’s control without any complex programming and it verifies the presence of the operator’s hand activating the inspection at the right moment. The non compliance advisory occurs with graphical signs overlaid on the board’s picture, to guarantee the easiest use.
